I want to say thanks for a fine experience, will come back. This is a high-class and stunningly beautiful place to visit in Hanoi. The location is particularly good and handy, next to Quite close to the night market and the West Lake and all the nice cafes.

The staff were ATTENTIVE, and the room was a nice size and airy with air con, excellent air conditioner, king bed.

Had brand-new room with comfy bed, I really enjoyed it. The bonus was beautiful room decor and amazing bar.

The room was brand-new and airy and included a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. Generally everything was high quality, even so the bathroom was extremely small. The location was quiet and handy - very close to vegetarian restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Ba Dinh district...

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything you need. It's just a short walk to the vibrant Old Quarter, where you can explore the city's culture and history. Plus, it's very close to West Lake, so you can enjoy beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at this hotel are amazing; they are so attentive and always go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. The basic amenities are all provided, and the rooms with king beds are spacious and come with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast spread is also delicious and offers a wide variety of options to start your day right.

This hotel is a great find. It offers excellent value for money, with spacious rooms that have comfortable beds. The location is not in the city center but it is close to everything, including the beautiful Ho Tay lake. The staff provides attentive service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the excellent air conditioning and the king-sized bed. The breakfast was also quite satisfying.

The bathroom shower was a bit problematic. The shower had good water pressure, but there was no proper drainage system.

Facilities like spa and complementary water bottles made our stay even more delightful. The only downside was an unreliable TV connection.
